[In the left margin] Dunkley's Will In the Name of God Amen I John Dunkley being of perfect sense and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Imp. I give to my loving wife Catherine Dunkley the Plantation I now live on and all my lands containing four hundred acres be the same more or less to her and her heirs for ever. I give unto my said wife Catherine Nine Negros by name Miel Nero Jane Sam Peter Jemmy Joyce Abraham and Issac to her and her heirs for ever and all the rest of my Estate Goods and Chattels whatsoever I give unto my said wife and her heirs for ever an do appoint my said wife Catherine Dunkley my executrix to this my Last Will and Testament and she is not to be held to Security to the Court in proving my will and I do revoke and dissanul [sic] all other Wills heretofor made by me In Witness to hereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 14th day of March 1747-8.
